Following on from our recent announcement regarding Bleep becoming the Official Systems Partner of Salford City Reds, we are pleased to divulge further details into the system and set up at the Salford City Stadium.

This case study provides an insight into what has been installed and why, as well as the benefits the client has gained. The following is a summary of the case study;

Salford City Reds, an English Rugby League club who play in the Super League, required an EPOS Solution in the Retail Store at their new home. Cost effectiveness and value were primary concerns, but reliability, speed and ease of use also crucial factors. Bleep was identified following extensive research to select the best equipped supplier, highlighted by our work at similar operations, such as Liverpool FC and the Manchester Arena.

The Reds chose to install the Bleep TS-915 Terminals, with cool and sharp black and white lines, aesthetically in keeping with the rest of the environment. Customer Facing Displays were also required specifically for digital advertising, be it club fixtures and news, special offers, or paid for third party advertisements. The usual peripherals completed the solution with Web Back Office also deployed to allow for complete control and management of all online and offline sales and stock.

Salford's operation has immediately benefitted from the install of a Bleep system, an EPOS system now in fitting with the impressive surroundings of the Salford City Stadium. The increase in footfall on match days meant it was imperative that the tills could serve as many customers as possible, which they do in a fast and simple fashion. Our Customer Facing Displays are a new revenue source through advertisement opportunities as well as up-selling Reds products and services.
