Option One: Fixed Solution. Ideal for Pubs, Bars, Fast Food, Bakeries, Catering and Cafeterias. The MPT540 connects directly to the Bleep TS-700-R4 terminal via a serial connection and communicates securely to the banking network via IP over a standard broadband link. This solution ensures optimal connection reliability combined with fast transaction processing. A transaction is entered on the pos, the customer then inserts his/her credit card and enters their pin number, once the card is accepted the MPT540 will not only produce a total amount but also incorporates a detailed, itemised product receipt. |

Option Two: Wireless Solution. Ideal for Restaurants, Fine Dining & Bars with Table Services. The MPT510 portable payment terminal is designed for merchants who have a requirement to take card payments within the proximity of a wireless network. Utilising the robust and secure 802.11 WiFi infrastructure, the MPT510 is ideally suited to "pay at table" operations within the hospitality sector. When the customer needs to pay by credit card, the table number can be recalled on the MPT510. At this stage an optional choice is available for the customer to enter any gratuity and his/her pin number. Once the transaction is approved, a full detailed receipt is printed while at the same time, a signal is sent to the POS to close the table and finalise the bill. |
